We want you to feel confident shopping with Luoxy Skincare.
Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
We do not accept returns for:
- opened or used skincare products,
- items without original packaging,
- products returned without approval,
- orders delayed due to customs or incorrect address details.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
